The system of record for regulated money

Every account in one place. Every transaction recorded.

Ishiro reads your bank statements and invoices, records every line, checks every payment against its invoice, and keeps the record an auditor can read.

It never moves money.

Ishiro reads and records. It cannot make a payment, hold funds or stop a transfer. Your bank stays the only thing that can.

Ishiro proposes. You decide.

It checks the line, the invoice and the counterparty and shows what it found. The go-ahead is yours, and it is kept with your name and the time.

Ready before the auditor asks.

The books are written as the month happens, not assembled after it. Every question and every answer stays on the record, and nothing is deleted.

Who it is for

Built for the person who signs it off.

Compliance officers

The person who records every transaction and signs off every invoice. Ishiro does the recording and the checking, and hands you only the ones that need judgment.

Your week, minus the re-keying.

Finance and treasury

The team that sends the statements and the invoices. Email them to the workspace address and they are recorded the same day, with nobody chasing anybody.

Send it once. It is recorded.

Auditors and banks

The people who ask for the record, usually at the worst moment. It already exists, in one place, dated when it happened, with the decision attached.

The answer before the question.

Statements

Upload a statement. Every line is recorded.

PDF or CSV, from any bank. Ishiro reads each line, checks it against the closing balance the bank printed, and records it with the statement it came from.

  • Rules record the routine lines on their own.
  • The rest wait in a queue for a person, with a note of why.
  • Nobody re-keys a statement on Friday.

Invoice checks

Every payment checked against its invoice.

Send Ishiro the invoice before the payment goes out. It reads the biller, the client, the amount and the description, checks them against your register and what was paid before, and tells you what it found.

  • Green when everything checks out, amber when a person should look.
  • The answer is kept with who decided and when.
  • If the payment was made against the answer, that is on the record too.

Counterparties

One register for everyone you pay and everyone who pays you.

Every counterparty is a record: name, country, registration number, and every transaction with them. Paste a client list or upload a spreadsheet and it is there.

  • Totals per counterparty across every account and currency.
  • A first payment above your threshold opens a case on its own.
  • The register is what screening runs against, not memory.

Cases

The questions, and who answered them.

A monitoring flag, a reconciliation exception, a detail someone had to ask banking for. Each is one case with a source, an owner and the decision that closed it.

  • Ask a colleague for a detail with a link that opens one thing.
  • Their answer lands on the case, not in an email thread.
  • The whole trail exports for the auditor.

Why

The week as it is, and the week with Ishiro.

Ishiro was built from watching one compliance officer's week. Most of it was recording and checking by hand. That is the part Ishiro does.

Today

With Ishiro

Someone extracts the statement on Friday and the compliance officer records every line by hand.
The statement is uploaded or emailed in. Every line is recorded the same day, tied to the statement.
An invoice is checked from memory. Does this biller look right? Was this paid before?
Every invoice is checked against the register and past payments, and the answer is kept with who decided.
Each country reports from its own spreadsheet, assembled before the deadline.
One record for every country you report in, ready before anyone asks.
At audit time the books are put together after the fact, and dated back.
The books already exist, in one place, dated when they happened.

Questions

Questions before joining.

How do statements get in?

You upload them as PDF, CSV or Excel, or your team emails them to your workspace address and they are recorded the same day. Connections to banks and chains are being built, and until one exists for your bank the upload is what keeps the record complete.

Can Ishiro move money?

No. Ishiro reads and records. It cannot make a payment, hold funds or block a transfer. The bank is the only thing that can stop one.

Which banks and countries?

Any bank that gives you a statement. We started with Nigeria, Kenya and Ghana, and the same works for an account in the United Kingdom, Canada or the United States, and for USDC and USDT wallets.

Who can see our records?

Your workspace login, and nobody else. If you ask us for help with an upload, a member of staff opens your workspace under a grant that names the reason and expires, and you can see when it was used.

How do we start?

Create your account and add your first company; it takes a few minutes, and Ishiro records your first statement the same day. If you would rather be shown it first, ask for a demo and a person will walk you through it.

What happens after the free 14 days?

Your records stay. We send an invoice by email, and the workspace stays open once it is paid. Until then it is read-only, and nothing is deleted.

Start

Your first statement, recorded today.

Create your workspace, add a company and upload one month of one account. You will see what Ishiro records, what it asks about, and what your books look like when they are already written.
